See, I use turkey for writing, as you may recall. And so do my students. And when students are learning to cut quills, they use up a LOT of feathers.<\/p>\n
Goodness, do they ever. <\/p>\n
And I have two apprentices this summer, both of whom are still on the quill-cutting learning curve.<\/p>\n
So we had about three dozen Davis turkey feathers, that Robyn had collected from Davis turkeys. And now we have about three left. <\/p>\n
